⚓ Student Spotlight: Will F.

We love seeing where our students and apprentices go after MITAGS.

Will was part of the 2023 Limited Tonnage Program and is currently sailing with Centerline. He is also one of the first apprentices to utilize MITAGS-West’s partnership with Renton Technical College to pursue a Multi-Occupational Trades (MOT) Associate Degree after completing the apprenticeship program.

Thank you to Trinity D. for sharing this great photo and helping us celebrate Will’s journey!

Our virtual reality simulators provide immersive, hands-on learning experiences that allow mariners to practice navigation, bridge operations, emergency response, and decision-making in realistic scenarios, all within a safe training environment.

Technology-driven training helps crews build confidence, improve safety, and strengthen operational readiness before stepping aboard a vessel.
