Robert DeDecker defied the odds. DeDecker, who goes by Bobby, was born with a rare brain condition and was told he would never walk, talk or attend mainstream school, let alone graduate from college.

Last week, he walked across the stage at Madonna University in Livonia and received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a 3.08 GPA.

💙💛Congratulations to Madonna alumna and board trustee LaDonna Myers, who traveled recently to Budapest, Hungary for the 5th annual World Protocol Matters Conference. LaDonna was one of the organizers of this important event, which had nearly 50 countries represented. During her trip, she was invited to visit the Moldovan Embassy. The conference was a global forum designed to foster international cooperation and standardize professional etiquette and diplomatic practices.
