Founded by Phil Shearer - a thirty-year veteran of the entertainment industry - he has worked both as a creative and technical professional in the film, television, live event and theatrical genres. Shearer's body of work is as varied and eclectic as his background in show business itself. From theatrical productions, live events and exhibit design to a vast film and television career, he enjoys working in a wide variety of creative environments and mediums. Not only knowledgeable in lighting and production design and a fluent console programmer, he can also be found behind the lens from time to time as an accomplished cinematographer. Shearer has been an educator, teaching film and television production for WARNER BROS., and has also been a guest speaker to both High School and University students throughout the country over the course of his long career.
