All,

Please help congratulate Jess Marshall as June’s BullyWatch Winner!

She was nominated by Alyssa McKinley. Here is what Alyssa has to say:

“Jess Marshall exemplifies what it means to be an outstanding employee, making her a prime candidate for the Bully Watch winner. Since joining Mississippi State University a year ago, Jess has taken charge of the compliance area for the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC). Her dedication ensures that all animal research is conducted ethically, adhering to the highest standards of care and regulatory requirements. Jess's contributions extend beyond her professional duties. She brings a touch of warmth and generosity to the office by sharing the fruits of her labor from her personal garden and farm. Colleagues eagerly anticipate her fresh squash and eggs, which she brings in regularly. This gesture not only reflects her nurturing personality but also fosters a sense of community and camaraderie among her peers. Jess's ability to balance her demanding role while maintaining such a generous and caring nature is truly remarkable.” – Alyssa
