Reminder for our open IRB session THIS THURSDAY from 2-4pm. Please email [email protected] if you plan to attend.

If you are a student working on a thesis or dissertation and need to submit an IRB protocol, you and your advisor are invited to attend our open session on February 15th!

This is not a formal presentation, but an opportunity to get in-person assistance with creating and submitting an IRB protocol.

Bring your laptop and any questions you have about your role(s) in the IRB process and we look forward to helping you!

PSA if you plan to submit an IRB or IACUC Protocol Friday: There will be a scheduled system upgrade to myProtocol the afternoon of Friday, February 17. This should take 3-4 hours and the system will not be available during this time. Please plan submissions accordingly.

Join us on November 30th from 12-2:30 PM for Recognition, Remembrance, and Reflection:

The Syphilis Study at Tuskegee and Macon County, AL : This event will acknowledge the 50th anniversary of the end of the United States Public Health Service Study of Untreated Syphilis in the Negro Male at Tuskegee and Macon County, Alabama, 1932 -1972. The intention is to create a space for authentic, accurate storytelling and discussion regarding current and future opportunities for public health leaders at CDC and beyond to move from trust to trustworthiness. Participants will receive both IRB refresher training credit as well as 2 hours of RCR Live Session training credit. Lunch will be provided.
