Graziadio Reaching OUT Graziadio Reaching OUT is a networking and professional group for LGBT & Allied MBA students and alumni at Pepperdine University.

We are building a network for our students and alumni connecting them with companies focused on our core values: inclusion, diversity, and social responsibility in the workplace. With these values, we will connect our students with professionals and companies who have impactful Employee Resource Groups (ERG’s) and active community involvement. We will bring strategic HR professionals, executives,

and diversity/inclusion professionals to come and speak to our students and alumni about the importance of our values and to show how successful companies use these values to increase their triple bottom line
