Lené started with Home Instead in January 2022, and is excited to get to know CAREGivers, clients, and living Home Instead. As the Recruiting and Hiring Coordinator, her job is to find quality CAREGivers who will give the best service and care to our clients, while reflecting the core values of our company. Lené will also be developing and implementing new recruiting strategies throughout Northwest Missouri.🤩

She is originally from Winterset, Iowa, and now lives in Saint Joseph with her fiancé, David, and her stepson, Dagan. Lené enjoys watching crime shows, reading, writing, playing with her dog, Chief, and spending time with her friends and family.💜

Madelynn started with Home Instead in August 2021 as an intern from Northwest Missouri State University. She is in her last semester of school and will graduate in May 2022. Madelynn's major is Human Services with a double minor in Child & Family Studies and Gerontology. 🎓

Madelynn is primarily responsible for answering the phones, social media, the CAREGiver newsletter as well as attending Care Consultations, networking events, and Client Quality Assurance Visits. ⭐

Madelynn is from Anita, Iowa which is about an hour and a half north of Maryville. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her friends & family, traveling, working with the elderly, watching football, and playing with her dog, Hazel. 🐶✈️💜

After graduation, Madelynn plans to move to Ames with her boyfriend while he finishes up school and start her career enhancing the lives of aging adults. 🤩

Our Maryville team had a blast at the Maryville Downtown Christmas Parade on Friday! Thank you for all of our CAREGivers who helped with decorating our trailer and those who were in the parade! Thank you to Nicki Honan and Family for letting us borrow some of their hay bales and thank you to Ron L Marriott and Jo Anna Chesser for providing the truck, trailer and lights!
