Well this morning the Automaniacs are at it again …this is the steering and suspension class . These students are learning how to work on different suspension setups ..this happens to be a 4wd with torsion bars . There are many instances where they make mistakes and I don’t tell them , I let them figure it out ! Take a good look at this first picture …see the problem ? Lol …the control arm is on upside down ….they looked at it for about ten minutes before they figured it out …I just sat back and laughed lol …I love these kids ….this is what it’s all about and this is how we learn !!!!

Students in the engine repair class are tearing down a 3.5 liter Toyota tundra twin turbo v6 ….this engine is locked up and was donated to us but WE are curious as to what’s on the inside …lol UAMCOTM AUTOMANIACS !!!

We are on it this morning ….students are learning the ins and outs of a 4wd conventional suspension system ….they will remove parts ..identify the parts and their roles …reinstall and set ride height !! UAM AUTOMOTIVE

We’re back in the shop ….teaching Intelligent Diagnostics ….they seem to be catching on pretty good. It’s absolutely a lot to grasp but we will push thru !!!
