🌸When I owned Trap N Braid, I always had to”TAKE RISK & PRAY”I wasn’t the most liked boss and I alot of times was ok with that.

I pushed because I saw purpose.
I corrected because I wanted growth.
I set boundaries because I understood business.

A Salon Owner’s Truth‼️

When you run a booth rental salon, not a commission-based one the profits don’t come fast.
Truth is, you push long before you ever profit.

You’re investing in the space, creating the vibe, setting the standard, and carrying the spiritual weight of the entire environment.
But most stylists don’t see that part.
They only see rules, expectations, and structure and think it’s “too much.”

But here’s what I’ve learned:⤵️⤵️
Many stylists are so used to surviving, they don’t recognize when someone is trying to grow them.
They confuse structure with control.
They call accountability a “bad vibe.”
They crave freedom, but forget that even freedom has discipline attached to it.

As a salon owner, I had to learn to stop expecting applause for obedience.
God gave me the vision not them.
So I had to keep building, even when I felt overlooked, misunderstood, or unappreciated.

Because purpose doesn’t wait on permission.

So to my fellow salon owners
🌸Keep planting seeds. Keep building with integrity. 🌸Keep leading with love.
Some won’t understand until they try it themselves and that’s okay.

🗣️Did you know that there are people rooting against you in the spirit? Every time you choose not to take that step of faith, you’re giving them more leverage to see their plans succeed.

Do the Faith WORK!! & continue to press forward!!

There’s a parable that talks about how a master gives his servants different amounts of money (talents) to manage while he’s away. Two of the servants invest and multiply what they were given, but one servant, out of fear, hides his talent and does nothing with it. When the master returns, he rewards the ones who took action but takes away what the fearful servant had.

Keep Faithing it before he take it!!!😂😂😂😂
