We’re wrapping up our Then & Now series with our editor and incoming treasurer, Chelsea McCormick!

Chelsea was initiated in 2011 as a member of the Zeta Gamma chapter at the University of South Alabama. She has been an SAI for 15 years, and she is currently a member of the Mobile Alumnae Chapter.

Chelsea’s favorite SAI memories are traveling for Province Days together! She loved spending time with her sisters and having a sense of belonging with some cool gals!

Happy Alumnae Appreciation Week! ❤️🌹

We’re continuing our Then & Now series with our incoming recording/corresponding secretary, Sara Allen!

Sara was initiated in 2011 as a member of the Lambda Psi chapter at the University of North Alabama. She was a charter member and started UNA’s colony in 2006! While in Lambda Psi, she served as the chartering president. She has been an SAI for 15 years, and she is currently a member of the Mobile Alumnae Chapter.

“One of my favorite SAI memories would be from our colony days. As a bonding event, we had a tie dye party at my apartment. We met on the broken tennis courts to work. My best friend Ali and I were rinsing all the dyed things in my tub and had a splash fight. It was just a great sister bonding night!”

We’re continuing our Then & Now series with our recording/corresponding secretary and incoming VPM, Rebecca Bates!

Rebecca was initiated in 2018 as a member of the Zeta Gamma chapter at the University of South Alabama. While in Zeta Gamma, she served as VPM as well as on various committees. She has been an SAI for 8 years, and she is currently a member of the Mobile Alumnae Chapter, of which she was a charter member.

We’re continuing our Then & Now series with our treasurer and incoming president, Jessica Head!

Jessica was initiated in 2008 as a member of the Zeta Gamma chapter at the University of South Alabama. She has been an SAI for 18 years, and she is currently a member of the Mobile Alumnae Chapter, of which she was a charter member.

“One of my favorite SAI memories is from December 2012 (I think!) We had decided to do a Christmas catalogue fundraiser (not realizing how much work goes into making things like wreaths and presents) and me and Annie ended up staying up until almost 6 am one night trying to finish all the crafts people had ordered. We were so tired that everything was hilarious to us. It is a memory I will never forget. Annie and I still laugh about it to this day!”
