Our third-semester BSN students participated in an engaging interdisciplinary learning experience with Montevallo Fire & Rescue, the Montevallo Police Department, and SafeHouse representative, Deb Higgins. Through scenario-based discussions and interactive activities, students explored the roles of community partners, first responders, and law enforcement, strengthening their understanding of collaboration, communication, and coordinated care. Thank you to our community partners for helping provide such a meaningful learning opportunity for our students!
