Cannot wait to celebrate our graduates tomorrow!!! 🦅🎓💙
‘Twas the Night Before Faulkner CHS Graduation
’Twas the night before graduation, and all through CHS,
Not a student was sleeping—they were all under stress.
The regalia was hung by the closet with care,
In hopes that tomorrow their names would be there.
The SLPs were dreaming of language and speech,
Of futures empowering each child they would teach.
The OTs saw kitchens and classrooms anew,
Helping clients do daily tasks they once could not do.
The PTs stretched hamstrings and checked one last gait,
Prepared to help patients recover and rehabilitate.
The PhDs reflected on research and lore,
Ready to open discovery’s next door.
The DHSc grads, with leadership bright,
Would strengthen healthcare systems and guide with insight.
And though PA students were not in this scene,
Their turn comes in December—just wait till they’re seen!
Faculty rested (or tried to, at least),
Proud of each scholar from greatest to least.
For years they had studied through trials and strain,
Through exams, late-night papers, and caffeine-fueled pain.
Then morning arrived with excitement and cheer,
The moment they’d worked for throughout every year.
As caps were tossed high in the warm Alabama sky,
Faulkner CHS graduates soared bold and high.
So here’s to your calling, your purpose, your station—
Congratulations to all on this grand graduation!
