What a terrific week for PIKE at Ball State! From March 23rd to the 27th our brothers paired with Delta Chi, Kappa Delta, and Sigma Gamma Rho for Greek Week. We placed 3rd overall and took home 3rd in the banner painting contest and battleships. Then, on Saturday the 28th, we finished 3rd at DZ Dunks and our brother Darrell Miller III received the Crowd Favorite award at the Mr. Phinominal talent show! Congratulations gentlemen for your hard work!

Last Friday, March 20th, our brothers Ryan and Zane were baptized by our chaplain Darrell! The opportunity to celebrate Ryan and Zane served as a reminder about what brotherhood is all about. Brotherhood is meant to last a lifetime, and hopefully this is just one of many major life events our brothers get to celebrate together.

Pies were thrown, money was raised, and the community was served.

Today marks 158 years since William Alexander, Littleton Waller Tazewell Bradford, Robertson Howard, James Benjamin Sclater Jr., Julian Edward Wood, and Frederick Southgate Taylor founded the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity.

These men built more than an organization, they built a standard. A standard rooted in leadership, integrity, scholarship, and lifelong brotherhood. For 158 years, those values have shaped generations of men committed to excellence on campus, in their careers, and in their communities.

We honor their vision by continuing to lead with character, hold each other accountable, and strive to leave our chapter stronger than we found it.

From February 13th to 14th, six of our brothers attended the PIKE Leadership Summit in Chicago, IL. There, they learned how to improve chapter operations, lead others, and be a gentleman in today’s society. We look forward to seeing how they bring these skills back to improve and grow the chapter!
