As we close out the month of May, we are reminded that while Mental Health Awareness Month may come to an end, the responsibility to care, uplift, and support one another does not. Awareness is not seasonal; it is a continuous commitment to compassion, understanding, and action.
Let us carry forward what this month represents: checking in on one another, creating safe spaces for honest conversations, and extending grace to those who may be silently struggling. Someone around you may still need a listening ear, a moment of patience, or simply to know they are not alone.
The work does not stop here. We remain committed to prioritizing wellness, promoting prevention, and breaking the stigma—every day, in every space, and for every person.
Because support should never have an expiration date. 💙💚
Zeta Principle: Finer Womanhood is demonstrated through continuous service, unwavering compassion, and a lifelong commitment to uplifting the whole person, mind, body, and spirit—ensuring that support is extended not only in moments of awareness, but in every season of need.
