I recently read something that might be the most important phrase I've read in some time: "How you do anything is how you do everything."

These words could not be truer. I have seen this prove itself true time and time again. I see people repeatedly prove this principle to be true. I know I sure have.

It reminds me of another quote: "We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit." - Aristotle

So, when you feel like giving up. Don't. When you feel like throwing in the towel. Don't. When you feel like saying something unkind or inappropriate. Don't.

Start a habit of making good decisions. Start a habit of being reliable. Start a habit of working hard. Because how you do the smallest thing is how you will approach everything.

For me, it's all about the dreamers - the people with their head in the clouds. Because it's these people who are the movers and shakers and seem to accomplish more with their dreams than most accomplish in their work.

Dream today. Think about how things could be - don't focus on how things actually are (or are in your head). And then think about why you have this dream and what your part will be in shaping the future. There's a reason it's in there...
