Bill Marchand served as a Connecticut State Trooper for 23 years, of which he performed as an academy fi****ms instructor, and later as the administrative officer of the Special Licensing and Fi****ms Unit that is concerned with security, fi****ms, and other licensing concerns. Once retired from the state, he traveled for C**t Manufacturing across the United States, providing Armorer classes to certify local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies. There he obtained valuable experience with the C**t M16/M4 family of rifles, as well as crucial customer service and instruction skills. With such a deep foundation of professional instructive experience coupled with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from the University of Connecticut, he has become a highly effective instructor with such a high level of knowledge of firearm industry and design, it is difficult to match.
