The Division of Humanities and Social Sciences comprises the departments of English and World Literatures, International Studies, History, Philosophy, and Religious Studies, Politics and Human Rights, and the college-wide Academic Writing program. It supports five major programs (English and World Literature

s, Interdisciplinary Studies, International Studies, Politics and Human Rights, and Philosophy and Religious Studies) and twelve minor programs (Asian Studies, Creative Writing, English and World Literatures, Gender and Sexuality Studies, History, International Studies, Justice Studies, Law and Ethics, Philosophy, Political Science, Religious Studies, Social Work, and Sociology).
