They visit schools, hospitals, nursing homes and hospice to bring smiles to the faces of people who need them most.

As Las Vegas has been left reeling from the Oct. 1 shooting - the deadliest in modern U.S. history - therapy dogs have been helping survivors and emergency responders in its wake. The LCC K-9 Comfort Dogs, affiliated to Lutheran Church Charities, have been flown in to Vegas to support those in need.

Just a reminder about our "puppy party" tomorrow!

Come de-stress and take a break from finals by meeting and playing with some therapy dogs. This is also a great chance to learn more about animal-assisted therapy by talking with their owners, four wonderful volunteers from Pet Partners!

The event will take place on Tuesday, May 6th, from 5pm to 7pm in the Silver Parlor.

Its a great opportunity for some self-care, so hope to see you there!!
