Join us next Monday Sept 14, 6-7PM, for a talk with alumna Emily Franklin about her new book Love & Other Monsters! Zoom registration link in bio.

Emily will share the story behind Love & Other Monsters, an untold origin story of Frankenstein, told through the eyes of Claire Clairmont, Mary Shelley’s forgotten stepsister.

She will discuss her journey as a writer and the inspiration behind reimagining one of literature’s most enduring stories, as well as the themes at the heart of the novel and their surprising relevance today. The conversation will explore the women behind the Frankenstein legend, the questions and issues woven throughout the novel, and what it means to give a forgotten female voice a place in literary history.

Our teamwork was amazing and incredibly efficient, go big green🌲💪🏼 Swipe to see us in action, and we hope you’ll join us next time!
