According to government agency, Florida Health Charts, food insecurity in Clay County, FL increased from 8% in 2021 to 12% in 2023.

Food insecurity is a social and economic factor that impacts health. People experiencing food insecurity often consume a nutrient-poor diet, which may contribute to the development of obesity, heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, and other chronic diseases. Local food pantries and other assistance programs are reporting increased strain as more and more families face higher costs of living and localized food deserts.

Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. - Delta Alpha Delta Zeta Chapter will be supporting The Clothes Closet and Food Pantry on Saturday, September 12, 2026 from 10 AM - 12 Noon at their Community Mobile Food Pantry. This will be a drive-through food pantry, held in the parking lot of Grove Park Elementary School.

We are Zetas and we will always answer the call to serve and support those in our communities, who need it most! 💙🤍

Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, Delta Alpha Delta Zeta Chapter of Clay County, Florida, has officially kicked off the sorority year! Our first meeting was productive and purposeful. Chapter business was handled, Zeta Calendar was adopted and Fundraisers are on deck. Our work has begun!
