To all Penn quiz bowl members graduating this year,
Congratulations, and best of luck for all your future endeavors! We will miss you. ~Ayush

Congratulations on this major achievement. I’ve enjoyed spending time with each of you over the past year. You’ve all been a great example to us freshman of both Quizbowl players and people. You will be incredibly missed but I’m sure you’ll all go on to do great things. Thanks for the memories and friendship and please come back to visit!
~Lorenza

You all are not only amazing quizbowlers, but amazing people who will change this world for the better. Since I truly believe this, go out and show the world both how much you know and how awesome you truly are. I really wish that I had gotten more time to spend with you guys and had gotten to know all of you even better. ~Antonio

Congratulations, and thank you all for a wonderful year! I can’t express how great it’s been to get to know you all over the past year. You’re all amazing people, and I cannot wait to see what you go on to achieve after Penn.
To Jaimie and JinAh especially, thank you for being such great mentors and role models. I don’t think I would have continued with quiz bowl if you hadn’t been there, so I really cannot thank you enough. ~Margaret

See ya nerds! But actually thanks for being my family at Penn. I don’t know what I’d have done without you guys. ~Nitin

Congratulations graduates! Thank you for making my first two years of Penn Quiz Bowl great. I am amazed at your dedication to quiz bowl and your drive to learn more and improve. I wish you all the best in the future and hope you all come back and visit soon! ~Gabe

Congratulation graduates! Thank you for making my first year as a part of Penn quiz bowl an awesome one! I truly appreciate you all being such welcoming and passionate role models for the freshmen. Best of luck in what comes next, and please don't hesitate to come back to visit us! ~Jacob

Congratulations on graduating, and thank you for the amazing journey during the last three years in Penn Quiz Bowl. The memories we shared in quiz bowl were some of the favorite I had at Penn, and I will miss all of you greatly.
: Thanks for serving as the co-president of the club with me. I would have been completely lost with your and Sarita’s help, and I can’t tell you what a relief it was to have an experienced member helping me out during my first year. In addition, you’re a remarkable quiz bowl player and an awesome teammate, and your witty in-game remarks and deep philosophy knowledge will be greatly missed.
: Thank you for being an all-around role model for Penn QB. Your hard work-ethic has been awe-inspiring for the rest of us, and the extent of your lit knowledge still amazes me to this day. We’re glad to have you back with us for another year, and we look forward to producing yet another great Penn Bowl under your leadership.
: Playing SCT with you and Lam during freshman year was probably the first experience that got me hooked on college QB. You’re a fun player to have as a teammate, and your incredible meme-prowess will certainly be missed in the group chat. Thanks for returning to play for your senior year, and I wish you the best of luck next year as you apply.
: With Max Smiley no longer in Penn Quiz Bowl, one wonders who will yell at me to send Penn Bowl in pdf or remember to randomize brackets. Thanks for being the most reliable member (and the “grumpy uncle”) of Penn QB that I could always count on. We’ll miss your NAQT prowess and the legends of your Chip days (pay attention, Berkeley QB), and I hope that you’ll discover that your quiz bowl career isn’t quite over yet!
: A belated apology for dragging you into writing for Penn Bowl couple years ago when you wrote a bonus for the first time and then you going onto become one of the most prolific writers that year. Thanks for being a good friend and a great teammate that could make anyone feel welcome at practice. If you ever decide to return, we’ll always have a plum sake in your honor.
And last but not least,
Mukherjee: Thanks for being the heart and soul of Penn Quiz Bowl for the past decade. You’ve been everything that I could have asked for as a mentor and a team leader, and I can’t thank you enough for teaching me and generation(s) of quiz bowlers before me not only how to excel in quiz bowl but how to enjoy the game. Whether it be staying up until early morning teaching us about human anatomy or excitedly teaching us a new clue on the fly, your love for the game was truly infectious to all those who had a pleasure of playing with you. In addition, your loyalty and kindness to everyone who passed through Penn Quiz Bowl will certainly not be forgotten. Thank you for being an inspiration both in and out of quiz bowl, and I wish you the best in your career as a physician-scientist.
If you’re ever in the area and feel an itch for a buzzer, please feel free to stop by! We’ll welcome you back with open arms. ~Paul

I wasn't sure if I was gonna stick with quiz bowl in college, but it was the welcoming environment that you guys created that made me want to stay. You are my role models in game and not, and I will never forget all the great times we had this year. Please come back to visit and good luck with all your future plans! ~Will

tl;dr - We'll miss you all! 😭
