🥩🍝 Creamy Philly Cheesesteak Pasta Delight 🍝🥩
Detailed Recipe & Step By Step Instruction Here 👇
📋 Ingredients:
🍝 1 lb penne pasta
🥩 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
🌶️ 1 green bell pepper, chopped
🌶️ 1 red bell pepper, chopped
🧅 1 yellow onion, chopped
🧄 3 cloves garlic, minced
🥣 2 cups beef broth
🥛 1 cup heavy cream
🧀 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
🧀 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
🛢️ 2 tbsp olive oil
🧂 Salt and pepper to taste

📝 Directions:
1️⃣ Cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook beef until browned, then set aside.
3️⃣ In the same skillet, sauté bell peppers, onion, and garlic until tender.
4️⃣ Add beef broth and simmer. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream.
5️⃣ Return beef to the skillet and mix well.
6️⃣ Gradually add shredded cheeses until melted and combined.
7️⃣ Toss cooked pasta in the skillet to coat with the sauce.
8️⃣ Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Total Time: 40 minutes
Calories: 600 kcal per serving
