Dear Amazing BYU Women Faculty,

You are invited to our FWA Year End Retreat! It will be held Tuesday, April 25th, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM, in the Hinckley Center ballroom. Please put this on your calendar and plan to join us! It's going to be a wonderful way to end the semester with your FWA friends and colleagues.

We'll learn about the impact of leadership on work at BYU and beyond from Julie Schow, the Sorenson Model of Leadership from Jeffrey Thompson and Liz Darger, and self-compassion for women in academia from Tracy Brown.

There will be an awards presentation, light breakfast, snacks, lunch and time to visit.

Look for an email to vote for officers for next year and for a link to register in the very near future!

See you on the 25th!

FAVORITE THINGS MIXER and HOT CHOCOLATE BAR

Friday, December 2
11 am – 12 pm WSC

What better way to support and get to know one another this holiday season than to share your "favorite things"! We invite you to come enjoy a hot chocolate bar and treats while you share something about yourself. This could be a favorite book, something you created, hacks for work-life balance, a useful tool for household tasks... anything that could help or bring joy to others, or for us to get to know you!

No favorite thing is too small or too big.

Please RSVP here by Monday, November 28 to help us get an approximate count of attendees.
