Richmond Vanderbilt Alumni Chapter

Richmond Vanderbilt Alumni Chapter Chapter is open to anyone in RVA, central and SE Virginia (or anywhere in VA really) connected to VU. We also have educational events and social get-togethers.

The Chapter is open to anyone associated with the Vanderbilt community, including alumni, students, parents, friends, and faculty. There is no cost to join, and you can stay informed about activities through the Web site and through email invitations. The Chapter tries to host several events per year to give people an opportunity to meet other members of the Vanderbilt community. We usually have a

send-off each summer for the incoming freshmen. Over the years we have watched Vanderbilt triumph in the Music City Bowl, had a historian give a talk at the Virginia Historical Society, and had a visiting Vanderbilt history professor describe his recent research about to be published.
