From Rochester Institute of Technology to advocacy, Matthew S. Moore ’83 (CLA) continues to make an impact.

His latest project, Deaf People in History, shines a light on deaf pioneers whose achievements prove that hearing is not required for innovation or success.

A graduate of RIT College of Liberal Arts, Moore has also owned a multimedia company since 1984, now celebrating 42 years, continuing his work to elevate stories that inspire and broaden understanding. 🧡🖤🧡

Lindsay Connelly ’11 (SCB), MBA ’18 (SCB), founder and president of Linden Digital Marketing, is making waves in Rochester and beyond.

Named to Inc.’s 2026 Female Founders 500, Lindsay is the only Rochester honoree on this year’s list. She also earned the ATHENA Young Professional Award in February 2026 and was named Rochester Chamber Business Person of the Year in 2025.

In addition to leading a growing business, she serves as an adjunct professor at RIT and mentors local students, continuing to inspire the next generation of innovators.
