Learning extends far beyond the classroom. 🌍📚

During a recent international learning experience in Turin, students enrolled in Sociology 290: Diversity and Social Justice and the interdisciplinary seminar Christians as the Romans Saw Them explored history, culture, and social justice firsthand while earning experiential learning credit.

A highlight of the trip was visiting Collegio San Giuseppe, a Lasallian school founded by the Brothers of the Christian Schools in 1875. Students connected with graduating seniors, toured the historic campus and rare book collection, and learned about the school's after-school program supporting recent immigrants. Experiences like these deepen students' understanding of global perspectives while strengthening the bonds of the international Lasallian community.
