Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated – Minnesota State Organization proudly recognizes May as Mental Health Awareness Month in support of Mental Health America’s theme: “More Good Days, Together.”

Statistic: Nearly 50% of people will experience a mental health condition at some point in their lifetime, according to the CDC.

Mental health is just as important as physical health, and no one should feel alone in their journey. This month serves as a reminder to extend grace, encourage conversations, and support one another through life’s challenges.
