Jason English is hiring FILIPINO online ESL teachers for our Chinese students:
👉 with at least 6 months of verifiable online teaching experience
👉stable internet connection at home and reliable working laptop/desktop (with extended mic and we**am)
👉proficiency in both written and spoken English
👉Bs/Ba diploma in any field and residing anywhere in the Philippines
👉can commit 3 to 4 hours between 6pm to 11pm for at least 4 days a week
💢rates will depend on the result of the demo classes and qualifications. The starting rate is from 130 to 165 pesos per hour (we cannot offer higher pay, but rates will definitely increase every time you finish a certain number of classes.)

Jason English is in need of HOME BASED ONLINE ENGLISH TUTORS (previous Experience in BPO or Teaching highly preferred BUT not compulsory). Please read and scroll through the ads first before messaging us for queries.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. Available to teach from 6pm to 11pm minimum of 5 days a week including one weekend shift ( You may start work earlier than 6pm though but we do not have morning or afternoon ONLY shifts)
2. Stable WIRED Internet connection at home of not lower than 3 MBPS in bandwidth subscription.
3. BA/BS in any field (undergrad with BPO/ teaching experience may apply)
4. Working PC/LAPTOP with quality we**am , headset with noise cancellation feature.
5. Ability to express self in the English language with confidence in a neutral or near native accent.
6. Passion for teaching and has the patience of a hedgehog to deal with young beginner English learners.

BASE RATE:
The school is offering a base salary of 115 to 150 pesos per hour on weekdays and 130 to 165 pesos per hour on weekends with opportunity to increase rate after finishing a certain number of classes. The school is willing to pay TWO HOURS weekday rate daily as guarantee pay to teachers on their first two months of teaching. Group classes will also be offered to teachers who will do well in class. Base rate for group classes is from 145 to 250 per hour.
