NINJAS!

Big smiles and puffy eyes from the four days of life changing training with .

It’s taken me several days to process everything we learned last week. The emotional hangover is real.

If you know me, you know I’m all about personal growth and development and getting out of my comfort zone every once in a while. This installation was all that and more.

I came away with a stronger connection to my team, amazing processes and systems for my business, a few less limiting beliefs, and some direction to go with my purpose.

So grateful to for providing this opportunity, and to the rest of our awesome team for showing up, being vulnerable, and fully participating in the process.

28 WEEKS

We have officially entered the third and final trimester!

Pregnancy is so wild. These changes happen so incrementally until the last few months when the baby triples or quadruples in size.

Naps and snacks are becoming more necessary and baby girl is active most of the day.

We are currently in the process of selecting our doula to round out our birth team and are arming ourselves with education surrounding natural birth and newborn care.

We definitely want her to cook as long as she needs to, but are so excited to meet this little nugget 🤗.

FIVE STAR FRIDAY!

My first listing was an off-market success!

This family had the tough task of moving their father into assisted living and selling his home. They were not prepared for the financial or time constraints that listing a home in this market can require.

I was able to connect them with a buyer I had been working with that was looking for an investment opportunity, which meant they didn't have to do anything other than clean out their father's personal belongings in order to close the deal.

I was able to get them the price they needed in order to secure funds for their father's current and future care, and handle most of the logistics for them since they were not living locally to the property.

I'm so happy I was able to step in and assist this family during a tough time.

I can't wait to show you the before and after on this home, which will be hitting the market again soon!
