Public Safety Building, Salt Lake City

Three transparent rings, suspended in mid-air, visually interlock and float at different heights above the grand staircase. Each ring is made of a different artistic treatment, but they all share a vivid dichroic effect. The rings contain many visual surprises, which viewers can discover by zooming into the artwork through a magnifying lens. A friendly K-9 dog is happy to assist you.
