Using a taller box forces the athlete to over exaggerate knee drive while still focusing on turnover speed. From there, a dynamic step up with triple extension (hip, knee, ankle) simulated pushing the ground away only at a different angle!.

The first picture of (173.4lbs, 6.2% BF) was taken after 4 weeks of consistent work; the second picture (176.6lbs, 7.4% BF) was taken about 3 weeks later..
The first picture of (141.9lbs, 5.6% BF) was taken after 3 weeks of consistent training; the second picture (145.4lbs, 5.6% BF) was also taken about 3 weeks later..
