San Diego Classic

San Diego Classic Summer basketball tournament in America's Finest City, San Diego CA The San Diego Classic started in 1987 with just 8 teams.

It has continued to grow to 168 teams in 2013. Today, it is the largest high school girls basketball tournament in the nation. Games are played at multi-court facilities across San Diego including UC San Diego and Alliant International University. What makes our tournament unique is that all girls must attend the same high school--there are no travel or all-star teams.
