Panhellenic Council at the University of San Francisco

The USF Panhellenic Association was created to develop and maintain women’s fraternity life and interfraternity relations at a high level of accomplishment for the organizations on campus that are affiliated with the National Panhellenic Conference. The purpose of the association shall be to promote honesty, respect, and sisterhood through recruitment strategies and yearly programing while being a

diverse, socially responsible, justice orientated, and academically accomplished organization. Currently the two organizations here at USF that make up the Panhellenic Association are Delta Zeta, Kappa Alpha Theta, and Delta Delta Delta. Our 2017 Panhellenic Executive Board:

Let’s meet Emma Stead from Kappa Alpha Theta:
“Being in my chapter has really taught me the importance of showing up for each other and being someone people can count on. It’s helped me grow a lot just by learning what it means to genuinely support the people around you.
I’ve stayed involved in Greek life because of the community it’s given me. Not only within Theta, but also through all the friendships I’ve made across other organizations. It’s become such a big part of my college experience.
My advice for someone going through recruitment would be to just be yourself. When you show up as your full, real self, you’ll naturally find the place where you’re meant to be.” ✨🌷

Today is Denim Day 💙

Denim Day is a global day of awareness and support for survivors of sexual violence. It began after a court case where a survivor’s credibility was questioned based on what she was wearing, sparking a movement to challenge harmful myths and victim-blaming.

By wearing denim today, we show solidarity with survivors and stand against misconceptions that still exist around sexual assault.

As members of the Panhellenic community, we are committed to fostering a culture of respect, support, and advocacy. Today is a reminder that what someone wears is never an excuse, and belief and support matter.

Wear your denim. Share awareness. Stand with survivors. 💙
