This Monday, we are extremely proud to announce that our chapter received multiple awards at the 2025 Standards of Excellence Banquet. As a chapter, we were honored with Most Improved Chapter of the Year as well as the Pillar Award for Excellence in Risk Management.

In addition, both Daniel and Matt brought home individual awards, with Daniel being named Service Chair of the Year and Matt receiving IFC President of the Year.

We are incredibly proud of the hard work and dedication that this past EC put into making these achievements possible, and we are excited for what’s ahead for our chapter.

For our November brother of the month we want to highlight a certain family in our chapter. Our brothers of the month are Matt Hernandez and his two littles Bendt Jorgensen, and Dane Malko. All three are currently holding position on our executive board and worked hard at their  internships this past summer. We appreciate all the hard work they have put in this year🆎.

Matt Hernandez is a fourth year business major from Huntington Beach. He is currently the president of the chapter and in his free time likes to play sports, hike, and beat Nick Catheral at pickleball.

Dane Malko is a third year Mechanical Engineering major from Sun Valley Idaho. He is currently the Grand Scribe of the chapter. In his free time he enjoys golfing and surfing.

Bendt Jorgensen is a third year Bioresource and agricultural engineering major from Petaluma California. He is currently the vice president of the chapter. In his free time he likes to surf and run.
