🚨LLAB 6 RECAP🚨

The POC in Bobcat Airmen participated in mentorship and guidance from Cadre. GMC learned more about their career paths and worked towards scholarships to help them through the program. If you want to know more about HSSP, ICSP, and other scholarships, go to the website linked in the comments.

Along with mentorship, Bobcat Airmen also participated in a PFD to prepare for the semesters PFA.

Last weekend, Bobcat Airmen had an excellent opportunity talking with students and future students on careers within the Air Force at Texas State's Bobcat Day. Along with getting some information, students also had the opportunity to use a flight simulator and test their skills out.

From honoring heroes during the 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb to celebrating the Air Force’s 78th birthday, Det 840 continues to uphold the core values of Integrity, Service, and Excellence.

Cadets have sharpened their leadership, discipline, and teamwork through drill, PT, and mentorship — pushing forward every week toward becoming the next generation of Air Force officers. 💪

Week 5: sharpening discipline, building warriors.

Det 840 cadets continue to raise the standard with precision, teamwork, and grit. From the classroom to the field, each rep and repetition builds the mindset required to step into the cockpit and lead Airmen.

As the Air Force birthday approaches, we honor our heritage by preparing the next generation to carry it forward — ready to Fly, Fight, and Win.

This morning, cadets from Army and Air Force ROTC at Texas State stood together in remembrance of September 11, 2001. We honor the nearly 3,000 lives lost, the families forever changed, and the heroes who answered the call that day. We will never forget. 🇺🇸 ”

This week Det 840 focused on the basics of drill and ceremonies — building discipline, precision, and teamwork from the ground up. 👊

Our newest cadets are already stepping up and showing what it means to be part of the Air Force ROTC family. Proud of the progress we’re making as we continue to train and lead from the front. 🐾✈️

✨ Big day for Det 840! ✨

Today was our very first LLAB of the semester. Six of our cadets selected for Pilot and CSO training officially received their flight suit patches — a huge milestone on their path to rated careers! 🚀✈️

We also welcomed our newest cadets into the program. They’re just beginning their journey, and we couldn’t be more excited to see them grow as leaders and future officers. 💪🐾
