Kelly Fields will be subbing for my Friday 5:30pm WOW class on September 16. I'll be heading up to Hillsborough, NH to take part in a Century Ride (100 miles!) back down to Boston to benefit Wediko Children's Services. I'll be at WOW on Wednesday and BBP on Thursday. Enjoy Kelly's TGIF ride! :)
