• The resort is just a short distance to the square in downtown Sonoma where shopping and dining options abound. There is a free shuttle from the hotel to the square.
• With afternoons free there will be plenty of opportunity to explore.

Speakers below are:
Dr. Bill Kottemann reached the level of Diamond+ Invisalign® Provider in 2010, providing Invisalign treatment to his patients since 2000. He has been in private practice since 1978 in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area where he currently practices with his two sons. Dr. Kottemann attended the University of Iowa, College of Dentistry, followed by The University of Minnesota, where he obtained his Masters Degree and Certificate in Orthodontics. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and holds two patents related to esthetic orthodontic wires. Dr. Kottemann has presented more than 400 lectures throughout the United States, Canada and Singapore, including four Invisalign Summits in the United States and one in Asia. He is currently involved in several research studies with Align Technology, including MA aligners, accelerated light and vibration, Phase I treatments and optimal tooth-movement velocity. He has recently been appointed to the Scientific Advisory Board for Align Technology.
John Morton received his degree in Biomedical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He obtained a firm foundation in orthodontic biomechanics as Director of Research with colleague Dr. Charles Burstone at the University of Connecticut, Department of Orthodontics researching and developing the principles of Segmented Arch Technique, Variable Modulus Orthodontics, and Differential Moments to name a few. He has been a consultant for the National Institutes of Health, many universities and orthodontic corporations throughout his forty year career in orthodontic biomechanics. John joined Align Technology in 2007 and presently holds the position of Vice President, Technical Fellow. John’s team at Align is dedicated to improving clear aligner treatment and has developed the SmartForce™ features, SmartTrack material and SmartStage algorithms introduced in past years which improve the predictability of the Invisalign system. John lectures all over the globe on biomechanics in orthodontics and has addressed many of the national societies. John has authored many articles and book chapters on biomechanics and is a member of the editorial review board of The Angle Orthodontist.
Srini Kaza serves as Senior Vice President, Product Research & Development, responsible for leading the global product R&D group. He joined the company in April 1999, most recently serving as Vice President Product R&D, with focus areas such as Biomechanics, Advanced Materials, 3D Printing, 3D Computational Geometry, Clinical Affairs, Advanced Simulation and Design, and emerging technologies and processes. Under his supervision, the R&D group has created the technologies that form the basis for Invisalign product performance improvements, most recently releasing Invisalign G8 as well as creating the patented SmartTrack® material, specially engineered for the Invisalign system, along with continuing to work on future advancements. In addition, his team conducts multiple clinical studies that aim to create better understanding of Invisalign product performance. Mr. Kaza’s team also manages the University Research Programs, intended to create close collaborations with universities worldwide in order to help advance the science in our field. Overall, Mr. Kaza has made significant contributions over the years in developing several 3D printing technologies, scanning processes, innovative materials, 3D software and several other technologies during his tenure at Align. Mr. Kaza holds an M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah and an M.B.A. degree from the Wharton School of Business.
