MHC Vietnamese Student Association Established in 2003, Mount Holyoke College Vietnamese Student Association (MHC VSA) is a student organization located in South Hadley, Massachusetts.

We provide a warm and casual environment and offer a myriad of social and educational activities that promote Vietnamese culture. We seek to rekindle the essence and beauty of Vietnam through dance, music, discussion, and of course, food. Belonging to a school member of the Five College Consortium, we also frequently collaborate with other VSAs at Smith College, Amherst College, Hampshire College, and University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

One week ago, we brought a piece of Vietnam to life on stage 🇻🇳

From late-night rehearsals to the final bow, Vietnam Night 2026 was more than just a show, it was a celebration of youth, friendship, and the memories we’re still holding onto.

To everyone who performed, supported, and showed up: thank you for making this night so meaningful.
We felt every cheer, every laugh, every quiet moment.

And just like that… it became a memory ❤️

🍽️ Vietnam Night 2026 Menu Reveal!

This year’s dinner brings together comforting flavors from across Vietnam — a true confluence of culture, tradition, and community.

✨ On the menu:
• Thịt kho – Vietnamese braised pork with eggs
• Đậu phụ sốt cà chua – Stir-fried tofu in savory tomato sauce
• Chả giò – Crispy Vietnamese egg rolls (pork & veggie)
• Gỏi gà / Gỏi chay – Fresh Vietnamese herb salad
• Cơm – Steamed jasmine rice

And to finish the night:
🍠 Xôi khoai tím – Sweet sticky rice with taro
🍋 Trà chanh – Refreshing Vietnamese lemon iced tea

Thank you for coming, sipping, mixing, spilling a little, and having fun with us. Your support means everything to us, without you all, our events cannot be this fun and cozy 🥹💙.
