The Office of Student Involvement wants to thank you for an amazing Homecoming Week! Over this pasted week we’ve….

•Collected over 2,800 hygiene items to donate to the Triton Pantry, a food resource for any enrolled UMSL student who is experiencing or at risk of food insecurity or hunger.

•Eaten 285 bowls of chili at the annual Chili Feed. This helped us raise $1,561 for the Triton Pantry.

•Awarded the Golden Ladle for the best chili to the College of Business Administration for their fan-favorite Slow Cooker Cream Cheese Chicken Chili. If you missed tasting this amazing chili, come by the Nosh on Wednesday, March 2 (10:30am – 2:00pm) to purchase a cup of the winning chili while supplies last.

•Danced the night away with over 340 Tritons at our Homecoming Dance.

•Cheered on our UMSL Basketball teams despite the snowy and icy weather. Congrats to Men’s Basketball for their win against Southern Indiana.

•Played Disney trivia and watched mind blowing mentalist tricks.

•Come together with our fellow Tritons to show our UMSL pride.

Pack the Stands Basketball Games are currently still scheduled to play at Mark Twain on February 24. The women’s game begins at 5:30pm and the men’s game begins at 7:30pm. Spectators are still welcome to attend the game, but all Homecoming activities associated with Pack the Stands have been canceled. As always, games are free to attend with an UMSL ID. Check the Athletics website for continued updates or to tune into the game online for free at https://www.glvcsn.com/umsl/

Due to the campus moving to remote operations and classes tomorrow, February 24, the Homecoming Chili Feed has been rescheduled to Friday, February 25 from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm in the Millennium Student Center Century Rooms. If you purchased tickets to this event, we hope to see you in person on Friday! No ticket refunds will be issued at this time. Thank you for your donation to the Triton Pantry!
