We had a great time at the Dutch Craft Brewers Conference earlier this year. Its been some time but a good moment to look back. Its always such a good time to see old friends and meet new and experience what Dutch Craft beer is doing. Thanks to .o.meter for letting us and present the data with you on the yeast and sugar metabolism. Thanks to .dorpsbrouwerij for the amazing collab of the thiol hazy, and to and for doing the first (annual) tap takeover with lhopster at . Very nice to see some family come out as well! Congrats to the amazing organization for putting yet another great conference together and we you can count on us to be there again next year.

🚀 Exciting week ahead! Next weekend I’ll be at the MBAA meeting at the Molson Coors site in Elkton 🍻, where I’ll be presenting our recent work together with Jasper Yeast (Jasper Akerboom Jasper Yeast) and Kaapse Brouwers (Etienne Vermaulen) Kaapse Kaap

Our focus: sugar management and how an innovative approach can give brewers more actionable insights and a deeper understanding of yeast behavior in their brews. As always, all to help create more flavorful beer 🍺✨.

I’m really looking forward to this opportunity to connect with the brewing community on the other side of the Atlantic 🌍🤝. It’s always inspiring to exchange knowledge and ideas that push our craft forward.
