I still cannot believe we are making this statement: Garret Dugger has graduated. Never has there been a more committed, driven, and understanding brother. Dugger has been through at least three generations of this fraternity, and every member can think of a time where he helped them at their lowest. He has served diligently as our inductor on-and-off for at least 3 years and has helped welcome in at least twenty brothers with kind, open arms. He has been a Phi Sig in times most challenging, and a Phi Sig in times most easygoing. Phi Sigma Kappa locally, regionally, and nationally would not be nearly as great had Dugger never joined. I personally cried seeing this man receive his diploma cover and walk down the aisle. We are DAMM PROUD to call this man an alumni brother and excited to see what the future holds.
