FSU Law alum Marlon Hill (’95) visited campus on Friday and had a lunch gathering with students! Hill is of counsel at Weiss Serota Helfman Cole & Bierman in Miami, and he’s an engaged board member of FSU Law’s Black Alumni Network.

Yesterday, Professor Wayne Logan delivered a lecture to the Spring Education Program of the Florida Conference of District Court of Appeal Judges in Gainesville. His talk explored the interpretation and application of the conformity clause of Article I, Section 12 of the Florida Constitution concerning searches and seizures, and the origins and evolution of the mosaic theory in assessing whether police conduct qualifies as a search.
