HackFSU Create and collaborate, gaining real world experience in design, programming and development in Fall 2019. Don't miss out! WHEN AND WHERE? HOW LONG IS IT? FOOD?

HackFSU '16 will take place from February 17th to the 19th at The Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL. We'll be sure to release more detailed information closer to the event. You will have 30 hours to build but we will also have opening and closing ceremonies as well as the project expo. Prepare to spend your weekend with us starting Friday night and we’ll have you out around midday on Sun

day. A more detailed scheduled will be released closer to the event. AM I INVITED? Anyone that is currently a college student or that has graduated in the past year is invited. High schoolers can go ahead and apply and we'll notify you if any problems come about. NOT A STUDENT? Become a mentor! Give back to the community by helping hackers learn and build something awesome. We'll be releasing mentor signup soon! FOOD. Food. Enough free grub to keep you hacking for 30 hours. Dietary restrictions? No problem, we got you. HOW DO TEAMS WORK? Teams have a maximum of 4. If you don’t have a team, no sweat, we will have a mixer for you to discuss ideas and meet other hackers to join forces.

As innovators, hackers, and change-makers- our part in this hour is more vital than ever!

Faced by the recent deaths of Oluwatoyin Salau, George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and Ahmaud Arbery, we decided that something has to be done to activate all our forces and join together with our different skills to address systematic injustices and build solutions to fill the gap and bridge the divide.

Join us as we unite mission-driven innovators, business minds, designers, and developers to find potential solutions around inequities, inequalities, and injustices in our nation.

Hello everyone! I know this has been so chaotic but here is the official and final status on what is going on for HackFSU 6. For everyone coming out of town, and anyone who still wants to join tonight, we will hold tonight's festivities in the William's Johnston Building (Florida State University, 143 Honors Way WJB2029) and moving to Dirac tomorrow at noon when the campus reopens.

We sincerely apologize for the chaos and will do absolutely everything in our power to make this just as fun. There will still be food, activities, and hacking.
