After two successful years with the ABAC Cross Country program, Alec will be leaving this summer to begin training with the United States Marines. Although we knew this was his plan from the start, saying goodbye is still incredibly difficult. Alec has served our team with dedication as a team captain, and most recently, as our assistant coach. This past season, he was honored with a place on the SSAC Champions of Character Team, a recognition that reflects his integrity, leadership, and commitment both on and off the course. We are deeply grateful for the impact he has made on our program and for the example he has set for every athlete who has come through our doors. As he begins his journey with the Marines, we are especially thankful for his courage, service, and willingness to sacrifice for something greater than himself. Thank you, Alec, for everything you’ve given to ABAC Cross Country! We are proud of you and wish you the best in the next chapter of your life!
