Leah Troche proudly crossed in Spring 2025 as #3 of 6. A proud Early Childhood Education major (P–3) with a Communication endorsement, Leah has always believed that the greatest impact begins with the youngest minds and the purest kind of leadership is serving others with love.

Her favorite color, pink, reflects her gentle spirit, creativity, and the joy she carries into every space she enters. Leah currently serves as the President of Lambda Theta Alpha Latin Sorority, Incorporated Alpha Chapter, where she leads not just with structure, but with heart. She also serves as the Vice President for the Class of 2027 in Student Government, a Gold Leader in the Leadership Institute, a Cougar Volunteer, and a Student Assistant in the Office for Student Retention, Education, and Innovation, continuously pouring into her campus community with dedication and care.

Guided by her favorite Bible verse, Proverbs 31:25 “She is clothed with strength and dignity, and laughs without fear of the future.” Leah lives her life rooted in faith, love, and purpose. As a first-generation college student, she carries her family’s sacrifices with pride and is fueled by the hope of becoming everything she once prayed for.

Leah is known for her heart-first leadership, her ability to make others feel seen, and her unwavering drive to leave a legacy of service, sisterhood, and compassion in every role she takes on.
