If you would like to have sessions at Georgia International Horse Park this year, I am putting together a session count. With high travel costs, I need a minimum *pre-booked* to make the trip feasible. Horses, humans, hounds - all are welcome to schedule!

Phase 3 (Growing) is where the questions become more specific and nuanced: when and how to raise prices without losing clients, how to diagnose revenue stagnation (and fix it), or whether it's time to add new staff, equipment, or locations.

Phase 2 (Launching) is arguably the most critical phase, but one where many people don't feel ready to ask for help, or don't realize that they should. This is where early mistakes can turn into costly long-term problems: pricing based on someone else's numbers and undercharging without realizing it, difficulty positioning yourself as the trusted expert for PEMF, or not having a method of tracking whether your systems are working in those early months.

A lot of people aren't exactly sure what business coaching entails, so I wanted to go deeper into the 'what does it cover?" question from my last post. This is a 3-part series highlighting the most common topics people bring up, based on the phase of business development they're currently in.

Phase 1 (Deciding) is when you're still working out if PEMF is the right choice: what equipment fits your needs (and what doesn't), realistic budgeting in the early stages, and how to gauge market demand before committing.

✨The new GPS website is LIVE✨

A little background:
In 2019, Grand Performance Solutions started out as a small side business focused on PEMF sessions for horses. Today, it's developed into so much more, and it's time to grow yet again.

In the last 7+ years, I've not only worked to build my business into a thriving, full-time gig, I've also had the opportunity to help other practitioners answer the same questions I had to figure out on my own. How to figure out and set pricing, marketing, retaining clients, and building a business that is truly sustainable. Over time, answering those questions and supporting other practitioners has become it's own kind of work, and it's work that I'm ready to invest more time in.

So once again it's time for GPS to grow, and this time we're also shifting focus a bit.

Clients, do NOT freak out! I'm still doing sessions like normal, and I'm not going anywhere - I will be available for all of your PEMF & red light needs! But in this next phase, my focus is on coaching practitioners and prospective practitioners through all of the strategic and operational decisions that make or break a business in the long run.

The new website is built to reflect that shift. It's designed as a resource for practitioners: a free break-even estimator and in-depth pricing worksheet, info on 1:1 coaching, and more tools coming soon.

When I shared this in 2022, I had absolutely no idea what was to come. Never in my wildest dreams did I think that in just 4 short years (ha!), I’d have the opportunity to be teaching people how to do what I did - build a business and create a career in wellness.
