This week is National Hazing Prevention Week. Hazing is defined as any action or activity caused by an organization that cases embarrassment, abuse, physical harm or mental distress. Hazing has no place in our chapter, and it never will. It’s is important that we take time to educate and understand the dangers and severity of this behavior. As a sisterhood, Gamma Phi Beta stands against hazing, and will forever encourage behaviors rooted in kindness, respect, and support. If you feel as if you or someone you know has been or is currently being hazed, please reach out to report it.
