The Elliott School Graduate Board (ESGB) is the umbrella organization that oversees all Elliott School student-run graduate organizations. Founded in 2015 , ESGB's mission is to represent the graduate students of the Elliott School of International Affairs, provide opportunities for professional growth, organize social events, and coordinate between the Elliott School Graduate organization members.

We are pleased to introduce our final speaker, Asmik Arutyunyan. Asmik is a Senior Program Specialist at the United States Institute of Peace. She joined the Institute in 2018 and transferred to the USIP’s Office of Russia and Europe in 2021. She recently completed her Master of International Policy and Practice degree from the Elliott School of International Affairs at the George Washington University with a focus on the intersection of gender, international security and development. She is fluent in Armenian, Russian and Spanish, and is currently learning French.

Please meet our next speaker, Isabel Berdeja. Isabel is a Gender, Diversity and Inclusion Officer at IDB Invest, where she joined in 2019. Isabel is responsible for designing and executing advisory services for deals in the financial and corporate institutions sectors. She has led advisory engagements to support clients in their diversity and gender inclusion strategies, with an emphasis on the inclusion of indigenous and Afro-descendant peoples throughout the value chain and in the workforce.

We are pleased to introduce our first speaker, Adenike Oyeyiola. Nike, a Nigeria citizen, joined the World Bank in 2001. She is currently a Practice Manager in the Governance Global Practice and leads a Global Unit with a team of highly professional staff working across all regions on core governance themes including Public Expenditure and Financial Accountability, Public Investment Management, Domestic Resource Mobilization, Governance of State Owned Enterprises, Corporate Financial Reporting, governance in Human Development Sectors, Governance of Infrastructure and fiduciary assurance.
