MS in Physiology at Georgetown University The MS in Physiology at Georgetown University is designed to prepare strong science students for careers in medicine, dentistry, and the biomedical sciences.

Our students are strong science students who are interested in careers in medicine, dentistry, physical therapy, research, or a variety of professions requiring an extensive background in biomedical sciences (e.g., patent law or science policy). Our program is separate from Georgetown's Special Master's in Physiology (SMP), which is an academic enhancement program exclusive to students applying to

medical school. Students qualified to apply for the MS in Physiology:

• Have completed of all medical school pre-requisites, including two semesters each of biology, chemistry, organic chemistry, and physics. Biochemistry is preferred but not required.
• Required minimum undergraduate GPA 3.0. Recommended minimum undergraduate GPA 3.3.
• MCAT or GRE is not required for admission. Would you like to refine your interest in human physiology and earn a MS from Georgetown University while living in Washington DC, one of the most exciting cities in the country? Graduates of the GeorgeSquared (G2) Advanced Biomedical Sciences (ABS) Certificate program may apply 100% of credits earned in the ABS program to an MS in Physiology!
