Wendy is dedicated to her family, including her husband a member of our aviation community in Wichita, and her two sons, who attend Maize schools and participate in soccer, tennis, basketball and wrestling. Wendy, an athlete herself, enjoys everything from golf, weight lifting, and running, always keeping her eye open for the next 5K running event. You will find her in her kitchen cooking with wine and sometimes she even adds it to the food! Wendy is a loyal fan of Kansas State University sports (Go Cats!) and a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority, where she dedicates herself to ensuring the future of the local organization. Wendy uses her wide variety of past moving experiences and highly adaptive nature to help her clients navigate through the buying and selling process. Her ability to work with them on a personal level has allowed Wendy the privilege of developing life-long friends who admire both her drive and work-ethic, when working in their best interest. You will not only have an advocate during this journey of buying and/or selling, but a friend in the process. Who is Wendy Carter?

Wendy represents loyalty, adaptability, energy and hard work in every aspect of your real estate transaction. She has lived most of her life in the Midwest and embraces the ideals and characteristics that are highly valued in the native state of Kansas. She started her love for sales early in life, persuading her family to buy her rocks! Wendy has since built a successful career in relationship selling over the past 28 years. She has worked in every aspect of sales, including retail, fundraising, entrepreneurial sales and real estate.

Wendy is dedicated to her family, including her husband and high school sweetheart, who is a member of our aviation community in Wichita, and her two sons whom have attended and attend Maize High School. Wendy enjoys everything from tennis, weight lifting, running, cycling and hiking. Wendy loves to read and participates in a monthly bookclub and enjoys reading professional development books too. Wendy is an alumnus of Kansas State University and loves watching KSU sports (Go Cats!) and a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority.
