A HUGE shout out to our new members for serving the community and representing Rho Kappa this past weekend while doing it!!💙💛

They partnered with UNCW Plastic Ocean Project. In collaboration they collected 42.95 lbs of trash helping to keep our beach clean. Thank you to for this initiative.

The Rho Kappa Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. is proud to participate in Flow Forward, a Northeast Region undergraduate service initiative supporting menstrual equity during Women’s History Month. 💙💛

As part of UNCW’s Wellness Week, join us March 23rd on Chancellor’s Walk for our Shirley Temples fundraiser and menstrual product drive. Shirley Temples will be available for $1, and all proceeds and donations will support the YWCA of Western Massachusetts in providing essential menstrual products to women and families in need.

You can support by:
✨ Purchasing a $1 Shirley Temple
✨ Donating new, unopened menstrual products
✨ Contributing through the Flow Forward Amazon registry (qr code on the last slide)

Last week Soror Evans had the privilege of participating in the African American Read In at Castle Hayne Elementary. Where she represented the Rho Kappa chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc. Honored with sharing stories of black excellence and preforming a mini step show for the children alongside fellow UNCW student and member Mick Royster.
